What type of payment do you accept?

At this time, we accept payment through our website, CashApp, Venmo and Zelle. Please make arrangements for the types of payments. We also gladly accept tips :)

Is there a mileage fee?

Yes. Distance travelled by miles will be charged to CLIENT at a local rate starting at $40 in New York and at a out of town rate starting at $150 outside of New York.

Can I extend my session?

As long as there is no client booked after you, we can extend your session. Please note that additional time added the day of the session/event will be charged at a higher rate. Pricing varies.

Is same day booking available?

If we are available, sessions booked less than 48 hours in advance will incur an additional fee of $100.

What do I do if there in inclement weather?

Please be sure to check the weather in the days leading up to and day of your session. Please contact us to reschedule if there is inclement weather. We do not shoot in inclement weather so that we do not damage our equipment. We will also reach out to you to offer various options. If you are booked for an outdoor session and there is inclement weather, we will have to reschedule or convert your session to a studio session (for an additional fee) We will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability.

How soon will I receive my photos?

Your photos will be uploaded to the client gallery within 24-48 hours after your session. Once you send your photo selection, your edited photos will be delivered within 10-14 business days. If extra photos are selected for editing the timeline will be extended.

For events and weddings, all photos are edited (not including skin retouching) and will be posted to the client gallery within three weeks of the event or six weeks of the wedding. A few images may be selected and edited WITH skin retouching as a sneak peek/preview before the entire album is available.

Two high-end edits with skin retouching will be provided per hour of booking for events. For example, if you book for 4 hours, in addition to receiving all basic edits on your gallery, you will get 8 full high-end edits with skin retouching. Additional photos can be selected for high end edits at $30/photo.

Note: Your balance must be PAID IN FULL before receiving any photos.

What if I need my photos sooner?

We will be more than happy to edited your pictures if you need them sooner. We are able to deliver retouched photos earlier than the set time if the client pays the RUSH fee. Below you can find the associated fees.

Is there an additional studio rental fee?

No. At this time, studio fees are included in our pricing. For Holiday Photos, the studio fee is NOT included in our pricing. An additional $110 (1 hour sessions) or $55 (mini sessions) will be added to the final invoice.

Can I get additional edited photos?

Yes! Though our packages come with a set number of photos, additional high-end skin retouched photos are available for $30/photo.

Can you edit photos from a different photographer?

Yes. Though we prefer to edit our own pictures, we are able to edit photos from other photographers as well. Please be sure to provide the raw images for edit. The price is $35 per photo.

Are there discounts available?

Though we have special packages from time to time, we do not offer discounts. We try our best to have competitive rates for the area we serve. If we are out of budget, that's okay! We will try our best to refer you to another photographer who can best suite your needs!
